About

I'm a product designer who's all about people, places and culture. My journey with tech started at a production company in South Africa, where I quickly learned that tech tells a story. A story of people and their lives, whether it's in editing, behind a camera, a poster, or a UI.

I've been lucky enough to travel the world and see tech in different environments and cultures. From Ethiopia to China to the busy markets of Bangkok — and many other places — I've seen firsthand that good design isn't one universal thing. It comes down to where people are and what they've actually got to work with. So that's what I design for, not a "user" in my head.
